Fresh day — nothing punched yet
Your phone will ask for location permission. Allowing it stamps your punch at the factory automatically, and the stamp is only ever taken at the moment you punch.
Your punch still saves — but with no location it gets flagged, and you have to type a short note before it sends.
You can punch either way — this never blocks the button.
The fence never blocks a punch — outside just gets flagged for your manager.
