Fields
How to read this log. Each entry is headed by what it actually proves. Changed means both the old and new values were recorded and they differ — the only case that earns an arrow. Recorded means only the new value was captured; it is not evidence the field was empty before. Prior state marks a value the pre-image mentioned and the post-image did not — context, not a field that went away. Removed is only ever said of a real deletion, where the action itself is the proof. A job · many records marker means that one row stands for a whole batch, so counting rows will not tell you how many records moved. Entries against behaviour_log, performance_concern and most attachment rows show which fields moved but never their contents: that substance is gated to the Behaviour and Performance modules, and this page is not a way around it. The one exception is an attachment on a task comment — an ordinary photo or voice note, shown with its kind, size and which comment it belongs to, the same as the comment text sitting beside it.
