On 12 Aug Priya picked order ND-ORD-88213 (14 pcs Innova Crysta seat covers) at 6:40pm, 40 minutes after the 6pm Shiprocket pickup cutoff, so the shipment missed the day's pickup and went out on the next morning's run instead, delaying a paid order by a day.

On 20 Jul Arjun reversed the reach truck out of Aisle 4 without a spotter and clipped an empty pallet stack; no stock was damaged but it is the second near-miss on the same manoeuvre this quarter.

Correction to the 30 Jul entry: the scanner was not missing. It had been left on charge behind a stock rack overnight and was found during the morning check on 31 Jul — there is no property loss. Downgrading to a coaching note: leaving equipment on an unlocked cradle overnight is still worth a reminder.

Spoke with Divya on 6 Aug about arriving 10-15 minutes after shift start three times this week; she said the bus timing changed. Agreed she would take the 7:20am bus from 7 Aug.

On 9 Aug Arjun reversed the reach truck into the pallet racking in Aisle 4 without a spotter, toppling four pallets of ND-FM-XUV-BLK floor mats; he received a written Warning on 20 Jul for the same unsafe reversing procedure without a spotter.
